The 7th Australian BMX Championships were held in Elizabeth, South Australia 29th-31st of March. Major Sponsor for the Championships was Coca Cola.

Victorian Brenton Cooper wins an amazing 5th straight National Title, taking out the 12 boys class. Leigh Egan continues his dominance of the sport, taking out the double - winning both the Open Class and Pro titles.
