1990 Australian BMX Titles

Australian Nationals

There are over 8,000 registered riders in Australia.

The Australian BMX National Championships were held at Eastfield BMX Club in Victoria with 1367 entries. Coca-Cola was the major event sponsor.

Superstar, Tai-Lee Muxlow wins an amazing 7th National Title (her 5th in a row), while Queenslander Paul Addams takes out his 3rd ProAm title in a row becoming the first person to win this class three times in a row.

A young Anna Meares wins the 6 Girls #1 Plate. Years later Anna would of course go on to Commonwealth and Olympic Games glory as a track cyclist.
